In my sessions, I focus on defining a strong sense of what healthy normal, self identity (including queer identity), interpersonal skills, and emotional maturity. I utilize psychoeducation not just traditional talk therapy. My clients will tell you they have learned how to be okay during crisis and present in their own life because of our work together.
