As a spiritually-based holistic wellbeing practitioner, I offer a dynamic approach to healing for each individual, by drawing on my two decades of experience working in the fields of health, wellness, balance, and healing.
I provide therapy with a spiritual, humanistic, strengths-based foundation, incorporating cognitive behavioral, ego psychology, and Jungian dynamics in a tailored approach. My experience and specialized training allow me to assist clients with issues such as relationships, life changes, depression, anxiety, self expression, abuse, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, addiction.
I received my MSW degree in 2008, and I am currently working toward licensure (LCSW). My experience has included work within primary schools, on college campuses, and in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including psychiatric practices, medical clinics, and hospitals. I work primarily with children, adolescents, young adults (under 60 years), couples, and families.

Mindfulness Strategies provides guidance and instruction in a small group setting, helping you develop a personal practice that can actually change your brain. Mindfulness techniques help ground, awaken and uplift. They are indeed a spiritual practice, and help harmonize balance within, as well as without. We are what we choose to practice, give attention to, and interact with, in every way and in each moment of our experience, which is filled with opportunity to grow.
