If you are a tired & overstimulated mama, you have come to the right place! Motherhood is the toughest job, and moms are often not given the recognition for all they do. I want you to know that I see you! As a mom myself, I know how challenging it can be. Whether you just need support as a mom, or you are experiencing more intense symptoms (i.e: postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or rage) I am here to support you through that journey. As a mom that experienced perinatal depression, I know first hand how scary and isolating the experience can feel. The fear can overwhelm you and it can be hard to share how you're feeling.

My therapist style is humanistic with a focus on attachment theory. I work from a client-centered & strength-based approach to help empower my clients. I am trained and certified in perinatal mental health through the CCPMH. Along with my professional trainings, I also show up as a fellow mama, with the understanding that some days you feel like you're going

to pull your hair out, just want to yell Fuck this, and throw up your hands. I will be here for you through all of it. The moments of motherly joy, chaos, frustration, and every feeling in-between. Raising children truly does take a village, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I hope that you will reach out and allow me to be part of your village.
