My approach is primarily person-centered, but I integrate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), family systems work, and mindfulness-informed practices to support insight, emotional regulation, and behavioral change.
I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is consistent, nonjudgmental, and grounded in safety. Within this space, clients are supported in deepening self-understanding, strengthening relational awareness, and building confidence in communication and self-advocacy.
