As a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider, I am dedicated to fostering authenticity and understanding. I am currently working with individuals 18+ and specialize in neurodivergence, substance use, and identity. My practice is built on a person-centered approach, utilizing strength-based strategies, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic principles to navigate the complexities of each individual's experiences and identities. I believe in the power of collaboration, with each client being the expert of their own life.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I have curated an intense passion for supporting others that identify as neurodivergent or want to explore what that means to them. With a cohesive background with both mental health & substance use community support, I offer a holistic and understanding approach for resources, support, and alternative approaches for life.
