Assisting others through my knowledge, life experience, and education is a gift I have grown to know and love. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families achieve what they desire and to better know and understand themselves and others. I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have friends and loved ones of all races, cultures , and ethnicities and I view life as a great opportunity to serve. I specialize with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and addiction challenges and with assisting couples in understanding and changing to develop stronger bonds and learning to accept and help each other grow and move on from mistakes and past challenges. I understand family dynamics and the changes that can assist them to grow together and move forward.
As a farmer, police officer and leader, divorced and married husband/father with a blended family I have experienced the "sea of life". I recently became trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy ,which helps us to keep the memory but forget the pain and move on from past problems in our everchanging and challenging life experiences.
