I have many modalities to utilize in order to achieve your goals, but most importantly I strive to generate a positive environment for you as the client to feel confident in working on your struggles and gain new perspectives in bettering your life.
The modality I utilize the most is EMDR therapy, which assists the client in reprocessing old memories that are hindering the growth and desired life of the client. This therapy is amazing for Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Self-Esteem, Grief, Social Anxiety, PTSD, and many more.
