Is past trauma making it hard to move forward? I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by trauma, chronic stress, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are military service members or veterans, though I also support adults who have experienced trauma from other life experiences. Together, we create a safe and collaborative space where you can process what you’ve been through, strengthen coping skills, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
