coming back, why a certain relationship dynamic keeps repeating, why you don't quite feel at home in your own skin. That kind of internal work is hard to do alone, and most people need a space where they can be honest about it without judgment.
I bring over 8 years in behavioral health, including work as a Registered Behavior Technician and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine, to every session.
That breadth means I understand how patterns form, and how to help you shift them.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and grounded in CBT and DBT. I'm particularly attuned to clients navigating cultural identity, religious or spiritual questions, and the experience of feeling "between worlds."
Sessions are available in-person in Mesa and via telehealth anywhere in Arizona. I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Reach out, and let's figure out if we're a good fit.
