About
I am a clinical psychologist specializing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy to help adults make sense of their lives and the challenges they face. I also provide psychological assessments for a broad range of cognitive and emotional concerns, including: attention, concentration, memory, learning, anxiety, mood, gifted placement, & others. I have years of experience helping people with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to sexual, gender, or cultural identity. I also have a background in helping people navigating health challenges or major life transitions, such as grief and loss.
When working with me, you can expect a therapist who actively listens and works to help you make sense of the challenges you’re experiencing. Through our dialogue and the relationship we build in therapy, I aspire to help you take an honest look at yourself and your patterns so that you can both better understand what’s going on and what to do about it.
