I have been providing comprehensive individual psychotherapy for over 15 years. Overall, my role is to assist you with processing and working through any significant life changes, past or current traumas, and/or emotional or behavioral instability. The goal of therapy is to help you grow and realize your full potential, build new skill-sets, reconnect to your inner strength and find inner calm and tranquility.
I offer a therapeutic approach that ensures you a safe, comforting, non-judgmental, validating space to discuss your pathway to healing. I am trained in DBT, CBT, solution focused, Cognitive processing therapy and Mindfulness. During our time together, you will learn beneficial and effective coping skills.
I provide many multiple modalities and I will apply treatment according to each individual therapeutic needs.
