At Zair Counseling Center, we understand daily stress and life adjustment can cause inner conflict, as well as disrupt your daily living. Individual therapy allows clients a safe environment to process and explore behaviors, feelings and beliefs. A strong therapeutic relationship can facilitate growth, increase insight, coping skills and overall well-being. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and develop overall wellness by creating individually tailored goals, using an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
At Zair Counseling Center, we treat adolescents, adults and couples. We strive to make all individuals feel comfortable and accepted, accommodating age, race, religious belief and sexual identity. We have therapists that specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma grief and loss, and life adjustment.
Evening and weekend appointments are available. Telehealth is available for clients residing in Michigan.
