I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with clients of all ages statewide via telehealth. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and relational problems, using Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Humanistic, Attachment, and Behavioral therapies to support my clients in making meaningful change. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client.
My style of approach is great for all ages. I have mostly worked with ages 0-25. The most common concerns include life challenges, transitioning, and adverse childhood experiences. I support my clients in developing skills to navigate these and develop a positive outlook on people and situations.
I communicate calmly and am personable. I am genuine and can adapt to each client so that they feel comfortable sharing with me about anything. I listen without judgment and show unconditional positive regard.
