I welcome women who are willing and ready to move beyond survival, heal, glow and thrive and begin living a life filled with greater peace, purpose, clarity, and authenticity. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a loss of identity. Some are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, ADHD, and parenting challenges. Others are feeling heavy in their body, loss spiritually, unclear of their purpose, navigating a spiritual awakening and emerging gifts, or seeking support as they discern experiences describe as spiritual warfare/attacks.
I specialize in women's mental health and spiritual wellness. I am certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C). A healing journey with me is holistic and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, with faith-based, culturally responsive, sound and energy somatic healing practices.
Healing is not about fixing what is "broken". It is about returning back home to self and reconnecting with who you are beneath the survival strategies and wounds. Together, we will uncover the roots of your challenges, identify patterns that no longer serve you, release trauma and emotional blockages and cultivate a garden rooted in peace and self-love.
