As we begin sessions, I often utilize narrative therapy, internal family system therapy, and experiential therapies. Each of these avenues provides an opportunity for us to explore, gain a deeper understanding, and be in relationship differently with the world around us.

This is a continuous, open ended processing group designed to be an space for men to discuss their experiences in a confidential space. Topics and themes can range from relational dynamics and intimacy to substance use and recovery. Think of this space as the scrimmage or practice to help gain a better understanding of what to do in "game" or real life scenarios.
