I often work with people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck—those who want to better understand themselves and improve their relationships. Much of my work is with adults who grew up in rigid or emotionally restrictive environments, including religious settings, as well as men who feel disconnected from their emotions or relationships and want to understand themselves more deeply.
I take a relational, emotionally focused approach to explore how past experiences and relationships may be shaping present-day patterns.
Together, we’ll build self-awareness and create space for meaningful, lasting change — all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
As part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I bring particular care to the complexities of identity and belonging that can show up in therapy.
In our work together, I draw from evidence based-approaches while offering real-world support, unconditional acceptance, and genuine curiosity.
