At Sanctuary Counseling Group, we believe in creating therapeutic relationships with our clients to promote the healing of heart, mind & soul. I work with my clients at their own pace, and help them to establish therapy goals no matter what they may be. My approach to therapy is a mostly casual and accommodating style, moving with my clients as they grow and make personal discoveries. I offer virtual sessions across all of NC, and in-person sessions from Charlotte, Davidson, and Cornelius NC.

I use a combination approach to therapy that uses emotionally focused techniques as well as structural therapeutic techniques. In combining these approaches I can help my clients fully experience their emotions, while helping to change the way they view their concerns and feelings. Mental health is for everyone after all, and we all deserve inner peace.
