I primarily practice traditional talk therapy and have received comprehensive training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused brief therapy. Upon request, I also provide faith-based counseling. With considerable experience, I specialize in treating mood disorders like depression and anxiety, among other areas. My practice is telehealth only.
