My philosophy builds on unique strengths and sensitivities of each individual. Taking a supportive coaching role and utilizing a psychotherapeutic framework, I help clients develop and successfully execute their goals while developing a better understanding of social nuance in relationships and in the complex group dynamics of their home and work environments. My psychotherapy practice supports neurodivergent adults integrating their gifts amidst the challenges of great sensitivity and intelligence and is uniquely suited for midlife adults approaching transitions, relationship or career changes, birth, death and divorce.
Clients in my practice include technology and finance leaders, professional sports executives and coaches, NCAA student athletes, recent graduates or newly independent adults, and individuals adjusting to newfound success. Often clients need support for relationships with other creative and sensitive family members and coworkers.
Treatment may include social skills, life skills and job training, vocational and home assessment, establishment of behavioral goals, nutritional education, and one-to-one or group mentoring. On site interventions are common. With such rapidly changing cultural conditions, I will help provide the peace and energy necessary for strong, healthy evolution.
