As an African American Studies scholar and social worker, I am an advocate for cultural compatibility and determining root causes. I believe in meeting people where they are. I want to tailor my services around what best suits you. I specialize in providing CBT to evaluate and help others process the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
