My clinical training includes Motivational Interviewing, CBT, holistic approaches to wellness, and mindfulness practices. My style is rooted in Rogerian, otherwise known as Person-Centered, or Humanistic therapy. I do not walk in your shoes and will not pretend to be an expert on your life, valuing your autonomy and inherent wisdom.
My mission is to be present with you and collaboratively join in your wellness journey. My hope is to walk alongside you on a path toward your ideal self, appreciating who you are and where you are headed.
