I have a passion working with families, couples, and individuals. I have felt the hardships of relationships, the struggles of marriage, and the building and maintaining of a family can be overwhelming at times. I provide a safe space to explore and process those feelings. Being a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), I have the skills and training to support you and your loved ones. My goal in therapy is to help the client see themselves differently. In today's world, I want to talk about the stuff that is dismissed by expectation, because those are the real topics coming up for families.

Working with couples and families is what I love and do best. I'm direct and like to dive right into the work that needs to be done, while building relationships. I work with individuals, couples & families to provide grief/loss support, post-partum services and life transition support.

I have the honor and privilege to be part of Judi's House Comprehensive Grief Care community. This wonderful organization was part of my education at Regis and I'm proud to be able to use their "Pathfinders" curriculum with clients.
