Hey all! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. To anyone looking to start therapeutic services, you've already take the first step. Therapy is not always easy (it can be challenging at times), but it is a guided process and will bring balance, success, and a sense of peace to everyday life. With me, you'll focus is on building a healthy connection, engage in internal reflection, and test out personal accountability. My goal is to find the individual approach that satisfies your needs as we are all different and a “cookie-cutter” approach to therapy does not fit everyone!
I have spent over five years working with adults and with different mental health difficulties. My specialties are developing healthy communication skills, resolving relationship issues, gaining self-definition and self-awareness, and increasing confidence in your daily life to handle anything life throws at you. I have DBT, and Gottman Method training.
I am honestly just a regular guy who happens to have a master's degree in counseling. I have my daily difficulties – just like everyone else. I love to talk nerdy stuff (D&D, Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, you name it), football (SKOL), Premier League (Arsenal fan but can get along with City fans) and laugh with those closest to me.
