Hello! My name is Zachary Willis, but I often go by Zach. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I currently work with individuals, couples, and families virtually for a variety of issues. I have worked with individuals with depression and anxiety and with couples and families in connection and communication. I have worked with parents and teenagers for over a decade and enjoy working with clients from every demographic. My passion is helping families and individuals resolve issues, meet their need, help them succeed in their goals.
I utilize a systemic approach and incorporate an eclectic approach using EFT, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapies to best fit my client’s needs. I recognize that every person, family, and couple have their own unique struggles and experiences and I work to meet everyone where they are. I provide a non-judgmental space for all clients.
