I’ll be honest—I wanted to write something profound here, but most of it sounded generic and slightly boring (and yes, I even asked AI to “make me sound smart.” Spoiler Alert: it didn’t work). So, here’s the real me: I, too, am a human who’s been through my own life struggles, and therapy helped me find my way in this world. I discovered I had a natural gift for listening and supporting others, which led me to this work. I draw from many techniques to meet you where you are, without judgment, and offer support that fits. You’re the expert on your life and I'd love to help.

My style isn’t one-size-fits-all—I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your needs. I’ve worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and much more. I specialize in relationship conflict (couples therapy), codependency, self-esteem, attachments, and neurodivergence, drawing from IFS, EFT, Mindfulness, Music Therapy, and KAP for deeper healing.

I know starting therapy can feel daunting. What I can promise you is I will truly listen to you, support you without judgment, and remind you that you matter just as much as anyone else.
