Most people who reach out for therapy feel overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of the same patterns playing out in their life or relationships. On the surface, things may look fine, but internally something feels off. You might feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure why you keep reacting the way you do. I’m Zac Spoon, a licensed professional clinical counselor in Troy, Ohio. A lot of what we struggle with takes shape in relationships, and healing often happens there too. In our work, we slow things down and make sense of these patterns so they don’t keep repeating.

My approach is relational and grounded. I’m not here to overanalyze or give generic advice. I help you understand what’s actually going on underneath it all so you can respond differently with more clarity and control.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, emotional reactivity, and relationship stress. Sessions are thoughtful and focused, helping you better understand yourself and make changes that actually hold over time.
