Maybe things look mostly fine from the outside, but you know something isn’t working. You might be overthinking, feeling disconnected from people you care about, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same patterns. Sometimes there’s been a clear loss or change. Other times it’s harder to put your finger on. You just know you don’t feel like yourself, or like the life you’re living fits anymore. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who want to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels more like their own.

I don’t believe therapy needs to feel overly clinical. My style is conversational and collaborative. We’ll look at what’s happening in your life now while getting curious about the experiences and relationships that have shaped you. I’ll help you understand what’s underneath the patterns you feel stuck in & make changes that hold up outside the therapy room.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough. Finding the right therapist matters, and I want you to feel comfortable with the person you choose.
