Hey there! I'm Zachary. My passion is helping people who feel stuck get unstuck, and guiding them in living meaningful and intentional lives. The experiences we have had can leave us feeling paralyzed, directionless, and confused—I want to help you get moving again. Whether you struggle with social anxiety, grief, relationships, religious trauma, or anything else you might feel stuck with, I want to help.

My clients appreciate that I am gentle and compassionate, but also honest and direct. My goal is to help you identify problems and patterns, help you adapt to your world in a flexible and open way, and explore with you the deepest parts of your self and the way you see the world. I do this kind of work with individuals, couples, and families.
