With this modality I can help you alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. After successful treatment with EMDR you will notice your affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced. This means you can move forward in life feeling more in control of yourself and your emotions and behaviors.
I am also trained and experienced in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I view individuals holistically, paying special attention to creativity, free will, and positive human potential. Everyone is is worthy of recovery and growth.
