I aim to meet my clients where they are and provide guidance and skill development that allows them to meet their goals. I work with substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, suicidality, and expected and unexpected life changes. I am here to listen and support you if you need to find hope or are struggling with life's challenges.

I help clients begin to see cognitive errors that may contribute to a negative self-image that contributes to anxiety and depression. Using a combination of CBT and Narrative Therapy I help clients see their world in a new way, hopefully, a happier way.

Reaching out to a therapist is difficult, but I am willing to work with you every step of the way as you make your goals happen. I have not meant anyone who is not capable of positive change.
