I pursued a career in therapy to offer support and a safe, therapeutic space for the queer community because it was something I would have liked to have had as a young person growing up. I enjoy working with teens and adults dealing with issues of acceptance, interpersonal conflict, chronic mental illness, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with parents who are seeking to repair their relationship with a LGBTQ+ child. If you’re looking for unconditional positive regard balanced with healthy accountability (and a sense of humor), I’d love to work with you.

Oftentimes we get stuck because we’re unhappy with the parts of ourself that seem to make our life harder (i.e. overthinking, over critical, binging, addiction, etc.) but don’t know how to overcome them. I want to help change your perspective through the lens of Internal Family Systems and help you practice empathy towards yourself.

Reaching out is the first step. I understand it can be frustrating when you aren’t hearing back from providers, which is why I make extra effort to reply by the end of the next business day.
