We'll work together to figure out what's right for you based on your own strengths, needs, and preferences. My background in substance counseling as well as crisis services has taught me to be flexible and mindful that there really is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Typically, I focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have experience with a wide spectrum of needs, however my specialties are anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, and substance abuse. At the core of my work is a deep respect and unconditional positive regard for each of my clients.
