Welcome! My name is Zachary Durham, M.S. and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been an active counselor for the past 15 years and have specialized in marriage and family therapy for most of my career. My areas of focus include anxiety, coping skills, depression, family conflict, stress, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, and self esteem, amongst others. I have also worked in the hospital setting for 12 years and specialized in brain injury recovery and grief therapy.
I have helped my clients with behavioral and relational issues in my private practice. I prefer a behavioral and systems approach to treatment and am person-centered and culturally sensitive.
