I specialize in working with people who have lived through trauma, especially combat, sexual, and childhood traumas. My approach is based on my deep understanding of the ways that trauma affects our brains, bodies, and souls. I have over 15 years experience primarily working with active duty and veterans on these issues. I also enjoy relationship and couples work.
I will work with you to find the solution that best fits your therapy needs. I am trained in several evidence based treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, and many CBT approaches. I have also recently launched a new Trauma Nightmare Treatment that builds on my clinical experiences and works in as little as one session.
I believe in the power of therapy to free us from things that are holding us back in our lives because I have seen it happen many times. I look forward to talking to you and seeing if this would be a good fit for you.
