Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will work together to explore and access the deep longings and needs you have for one another to help you get out of that stuck place you find yourself in over and over again.
EFT has many outcome studies demonstrating its effectiveness and is one of only two empirically supported treatments in couples therapy. I also work with teens and adults to develop coping skills for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, addiction, and behavioral problems.
My model for therapy includes developing insight and facilitating emotional experiences. Utilizing both can generate a greater desire and motivation to change which brings about healing.
