I’m Zach, and I’ve been helping people as a therapist for 8 years. My approach is laid-back, conversational, and direct when needed. I believe therapy should be a safe, open space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without fear of judgment. I hold no place for judgement in my life or in my work, as it is not my job to judge. I’m here to help you hear your story and explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels real and meaningful to help you reach your goals. Therapy isn’t just a clinical process; it’s a collaborative journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Why do I do this work? Because I genuinely love connecting with people. The bond between therapist and client is the heart of therapy, and I’m grateful for the many meaningful relationships I’ve built. I’d love to create that connection with you—helping you navigate life in a way that feels authentic, fulfilling, and positive for you.
A little about me: I’m 33, married, and a proud parent of three amazing kids. I love spending time with my family, horror movies and books, anime, comics, tattoos, piercings, and deep conversations.
