I work with clients on a variety of issues, including OCD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, family issues, and more. I see clients ages 6-60, with passion and experience for working with teenagers and emerging adults.
With extensive experience in working with clients with OCD and anxiety, as well as depression, transitions, and family work, I am able to offer a wide range of helpful modalities for you. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) along with CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies.
