Hello and welcome. I am a Clinical Social Worker offering individual, couples, and interpersonal process group therapy. My practice has changed and transformed slowly over time, beginning in the arts and performance, and operating now as experiential psychotherapy. I see therapy less as a place to fix problems, and more so a space to practice relating to ourselves and the word around us in new ways. Many of us have learned how to adjust around painful truths in order to stay safe. It's my belief that though these adjustments were once necessary for survival, they keep us stuck in painful and inhibiting life patterns.

In session together, we may utilize creative exercises (somatic practices; intuitive expression; guided imagery) in conjunction with relational talk therapy. In the process, I hold space as a curious companion, guiding you in regulating your nervous system, making contact with core needs and values, and aligning your actions with your true self.

My therapy is informed by Gestalt psychology, systems theories, metaphysics, Polyvagal theory, and my values of 'play' and 'human connection'.
