Life can leave us feeling pulled in different directions—sometimes disconnected from ourselves, sometimes weighed down by old wounds, and other times simply uncertain about the next step. I work with young adults and adults who want to feel more whole, grounded, and able to navigate the challenges of relationships, transitions, and daily life with integrity and purpose.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory and shaped by practices like Internal Family Systems (IFS), interpersonal process work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe therapy is not only about managing symptoms, but about getting to the deeper story—uncovering what is keeping you stuck and helping you move toward greater freedom.
Starting therapy is not always easy, and it’s normal to feel nervous. My hope is to give you a safe, genuine space where you don’t have to carry things alone. Change is possible, and healing takes root in real connection. If you’re ready to take the next step toward becoming more fully yourself, I’d be glad to walk with you in that process.
