With over 8 years of experience in counseling, I have treated a range of issues and struggles in both individual and group settings. My practice is primarily based on increasing mindfulness in order to promote clear-thinking, self-focus, and achievement of well-defined personal goals. Over the years, I have found that mindfulness is the perfect steppingstone for exploring issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, anger, sexual wellness, and even relationships issues.
