My name is Zach Jewell. I work well with ages twelve to fifty using eclectic therapy. I believe that different types of people learn in different ways. As a therapist I will put your needs and learning styles above all else, and be intentional about working together thoughtfully to build a foundation for lasting change.
I work well with ADHD, life transitions, career stressors, relationship issues, substance abuse, men's issues and developing growth strategies for lasting and impactful life changes. Together we will use multiple strategies to uncover the root of your personal struggles and cultivate self-awareness and new habits that will promote healthier beliefs.
I will provide you the tools you need to construct your own best self. Our process will be interactive and transparent. My goal is to bring a modern approach to the therapeutic process which is palatable and relatable. I look forward to joining you on your mental health journey.
