Its my job to help you navigate these challenges that feel overwhelming or confusing. It's probably been a long road. My approach focuses on building a relationship through which we can learn what our negative symptoms tell us about our true needs. Together, we can learn how to meet those needs, and why it has been so difficult to do so in the past.
