I am a licensed professional counselor with extensive work with clients and is comprised of managing anxiety disorders, depression disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and numerous other personality and mood disorders. My therapeutic techniques include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and reality therapy. I believe in the significance of helping others feel inner peace and find purpose in life.
