I am Zach Craddock, a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC). I am certified in Trauma Therapy in both trauma talk therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a Board-Certified Professional Christian Counselor (BCPCC) through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). As a practicing therapist, I have worked with a wide range of ages with a wide range of mental health struggles. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I want to be able to help the clients I work with to achieve the best versions of themselves by being there to support them along the way.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ODD, work/career stress, and family dynamic issues, among other struggles. I also have a passion for helping adolescents and teens, and those who struggle with disability or significant health issues.
