Hello! My name is Zach and I believe life is a wonderful gift, but certainly not without its share of challenges. I have made it my mission to help take the edge off some of the more painful aspects of existing on this planet. I am grateful for the unique opportunity to engage in helping those in need of therapeutic assistance. I am ready and willing to help anyone, at any point in life rise up to the occassion, actualize goals, strengthen relationships, and feel rejuvinated. As a USMC veteran I am uniquely positioned to adminster therapeutic interventions for the veteran community.
The populations I specialize in are the veteran community, first-responders, male teenagers/young adults, individuals experiencing PTSD/depression/anxiety/SI, and married males. I incorporate a wide range of therapeutic techniques in my counseling style in order to best suit client needs to include CBT, DBT, logarithmic therapy and many more.
