Brain spotting is a powerful, focused method that works by identifying, processing and releasing emotional and body pain that could come from experiencing a traumatic event. I received training in this approach, which allows the individual to think mindfully about their emotional pain while bringing healing as I support and empower them through it.
If you have experienced divorce, physical, or sexual abuse, difficulty managing anger, grief and loss, or other losses, I am here to help you through it.
