Are you known as "the one people count on," "the one who shows up," or "the one who delivers and holds it all together," but living a different story internally? One of losing the thread back to yourself? My work is for overburdened, overfunctioning, Black women who are done performing wellness and ready to live it truthfully. This is depth work: the kind of slow, honest excavation that lets you figure out what you actually want and what it's going to take to stop living around it. I guide clients closer to their wellness via EMDR, walk and talk, and psychedelic/spiritual integration sessions in the Los Angeles area.
My approach is trauma-informed and spiritually literate. Trauma-informed means we don't bulldoze. Spiritually literate means your unique way of making meaning in the world is welcome here. I don't believe in "broken" humans and my goal isn't to "fix" you - it's to remind you of who you are. I take the work seriously, but I don't take myself too seriously.
We'll move at the pace the work actually requires. Establishing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual safety always comes first. Sometimes we dig and uncover what's been waiting to be acknowledged. Sometimes, we'll move slower than your mind might want to, but always at the right pace for your capacity.
