I offer solutions-focused coaching-style therapy for rebellious, high-achieving folks with depression and EMDR for Black women - all in service of getting you out of those same ol patterns of people pleasing, avoiding conflict, and playing small that keep you bound to a version of yourself that you don't recognize.

Clients regularly seek my expertise to undo urgency, release guilt, and remember who they are (and who they still can be) as they rearrange their lives to honor and celebrate their full selves.
