I offer solutions-focused coaching-style therapy for rebellious, high-achieving folks with depression and EMDR for Black women - all in service of getting you out of those same ol patterns of people pleasing, avoiding conflict, and playing small that keep you bound to a version of yourself that you don't recognize.
