I specialize in amazing trauma centered modalities like CRM, Brainspotting, and EMDR and draw in creativity, parts work, and connection to the body. I love bringing fun and invitation to explore your life and gain clarity and freedom. I provide online therapy session and have space for a few new clients. Sessions are $250/hr with a sliding scale.
I offer talk therapy (and dream work) and trauma exploration. I help with uncovering the root and origin of the stress or dysregulation in your life to clear it. I'm trained in both EMDR and BSP and CRM, which work neurobiologically to support the body and brain in clearing old beliefs or activating events that hold us back from our potential and freedom.
I also invite connection to the body through writing, art exploration, archetypes, dreamwork, and parts work. This provides a gentle and secure space for you to go deep into your inner world. My desire is to assist you in connecting to your own internal sources and wisdom and to develop a meaningful connection with yourself and your own life story.
