Hi, I live and work in Spring Branch/Bulverde TX, with a specialized scope of practice in treating many types of trauma stuck in the physical, emotional, and/or psychic body. I use evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Touch Therapy for body containment, regulation, and recovery. I’m a Hatha yoga certified teacher, an original yoga practiced thousands of years ago that has transformed human beings to transcend to higher states of consciousness, over time, releasing illness and daily stressors in order to return to original state of wellness and inner peace.
