I meet my clients where they are without judgment to partner with them as they work toward emotional healing and the life they desire. While I have worked with a wide variety of clients and conditions, I have particular interest and experience in working with those experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety disorders such as OCD, and those going through life transitions such as young adults, career change, empty nest, and divorce.
I use a warm, person-centered approach and various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a personalized targeted approach. I also use brain-based, neurotherapy interventions such as Brainspotting and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to enhance treatment outcomes.
