I work with couples, families, teens and individual adults. I use wit, spirituality, mindfulness techniques, role-playing, and active learning to help my clients reach their goals. I work from an individualize perspective with all of my clients. I am trained in multiple approaches such as narrative and cognitive behavioral therapy.
With finance, corporate banking, and insurance background, I can discuss in depth how financial awareness can lead to the success of a relationship and the lack of knowledge can actually cause stress for individuals and couples. My upbringing within the military community also affords me the opportunity to work with dependents of those who are deployed.
